Capacitance

A capacitance or capacitor is a device used to store electric charges Q.

It is basically composed of 2 plates of metal separated from each other.

When a voltage is applied in between the negative charges will move from one side to the other side until an equilibrium is reached.

The capacitance C is a value used to measure how good a capacitor is to store charges.

The formula of the capacitance is C= Q/V is the Farad.
